What we collect through this website, why, and how to have it deleted. The short version: your name, email and message if you write to us, and visit statistics if you allow analytics. We don't sell any of it.

Who we are

This website is run by Corporately LLC, a company registered in Delaware, USA. We decide what happens to the information described here. You can reach us about anything on this page at hello@corporately.com.

If you contact us

The contact form asks for your name, your email address and a message. We save what you send in our database and email a copy to our team so someone can reply.

We use it to answer you and, if we end up working together, to set up that work. We don't add you to a mailing list and we don't pass your details to anyone else to market to you.

We keep enquiries for up to two years after we last hear from you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you become a client, what we need to run the work is kept under our agreement with you instead.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on your request to us (taking steps before a possible contract) and our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which parts of the page are useful. It only loads if you choose Allow on the cookie banner. If you choose No thanks, or don't answer, nothing is sent to Google.

With your permission, it sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_<id>, which tell one visit from another and last up to two years. It records things like the pages you view, roughly where you are (city or country), your device and browser, and how you arrived. Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address. We keep this data for two months and don't use it for advertising. Google processes it for us under its data processing terms.

Your answer to the banner is remembered in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, and is never sent to us. We ask again after a year. You can change your answer at any time — withdrawing deletes the Google Analytics cookies straight away:

The only other cookies on this site belong to our staff sign-in page and are only set for people who sign in to it.

Who else handles it

We use a few companies to run this site. Each only processes your information to provide their service to us:

  • Amazon Web Services — hosts the website. Like any web server, it sees your IP address when it sends you the page.
  • Supabase — the database where contact-form messages are stored.
  • Resend — delivers the email that tells us your message arrived.
  • Google — analytics, only if you allow it.

These providers are based in, or store data in, the United States. Where your information comes from the UK or EU, those transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We don't sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email hello@corporately.com from the address you wrote to us from and we'll reply within 30 days. There is no charge.

If you're in the UK or EU and not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to your data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't aimed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change what we collect or why, we'll update this page and the date at the top of it.
